Since 2023, I have been driving Easy Padel's evolution as Design Director. Leading a team of product designers, I oversee professional development, operational processes, design strategy, and quality standards, while actively contributing to marketing initiatives and talent acquisition.

We built and launched a corporate intranet, an advertising platform, and several websites, designed branding, and released multiple MVPs. As an art director, I was responsible for team building and development, process setup and management, design concept creation, and solving challenging problems.
I've been working in design since 2011. From 2015 to 2021, I worked at Art. Lebedev Studio — one of the best design studios in Russia. Since 2021, I've been leading creative and product design teams: I build design processes from scratch or improve them, hire, train, and mentor designers. I shape design through my team’s work but also enjoy solving design challenges myself.
