In 2022, Andchampagne needed to strengthen its brand positioning for applicants, employees and partners, as well as improve its image and attract more experienced professionals. To do this, we have created a website that talks about the company's values, corporate culture and shows applicants what is good about working in the company.

Design concept with a human face
Photos are the best way to convey the atmosphere and general mood within the company, so we conducted several photo sessions with colleagues in the office and studio to post them on the website.

People are the main resource of the company, which has gathered around it a lot of "burning" specialists from different fields. Each of the team members is a part of it — this meaning is embedded in the illustrations on the homepage of the site.
Performance Marketing Agency
Performance marketing is the main activity of the company, so we have created a special section on the HR brand's website that tells and shows how marketing teams work together and effectively.

IT Department
In 2021, And champagne launched a new direction in the design and development of digital products. The department's team focused on creating tools for business automation, designing corporate digital solutions, experimenting with marketing teams, and developing for partners.
To show the first cases and attract experienced specialists, we have created a special section on the website that tells about the IT department.
